Clark Cosmetics started as a young aspiring makeup artists dream. A dream that quickly developed into the reality that it is today.

I believe true beauty lies within ourselves. My passion is making people feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.

My name is Cailin, I am the face and owner of Clark Cosmetics.

I have had a makeup brush in my hand since I was twelve years old, practicing all different kinds of makeup. Fascinated by horror films, inspired by fantasy novels and overwhelmed with a burning passion for the arts, I knew very early on that I was going to be a makeup artist.

Originally pursuing a makeup career in the film industry, I was accepted into the Global Makeup Program at Blanche Macdonald Centre. The program covered everything from beauty and bridal makeup to airbrushing, to tv and film makeup and prosthetics. I was head over heels in love with school. In June 2018, after a year at Blanche, I graduated with honours and received my diploma as a professional makeup artist.

October 2018 I decided to move back to my tiny mountain town to snowboard and bartend over the winter season, a short few months. My plan was to leave in the early spring and head back to the city. As cliché as it is, I fell in love again, with my hometown, with my amazing partner, and with a newfound love for bridal makeup.

I have been a professional makeup artist for over half a decade and my passion has only grown deeper. I wanted to continue expanding my skills and bring more beauty services to Revelstoke. I am always furthering my knowledge and education in the beauty industry. In August 2022 I became a certified microblade artist and jumped head first into my next chapter!

In December 2022 I officially opened Clark Cosmetics studio. Today I am a professional makeup artist, permanent makeup artist, brow wax artist and a business owner! Sharing my expertise in the beauty industry brings me so much happiness, I want to share that ability with you!

Whatever your needs may be, wedding makeup, a brow makeover, or just a few little beauty tips.. my studio door is always open to anyone and everyone.
